I need to loose at least 6lbs before I see my Nut in beginning of January and another 3 before January 26th so I can finally get my date. I have been struggling to get motivated to workout. I don't know what is going on with me...I guess since my second weigh in at clinic I had a 3lb difference in weight as I did at home...I was like OMG I lost 10lbs just to go find out at clinic on their scale it was 7lbs. Don't get me wrong I'm excited about the 7, it was just a lil discouraging that it wasn't the 10lbs. Today when I get home I'm going to pop in a DVD and workout for 30mins I need to get this off. Especially since I haven't been accountable for my workouts lately.
